Before you continue, please thoroughly read my cancellation and late policy. A 15 minute grace period is provided for both you and me. At 16 minutes, your appointment is cancelled, and your deposit is forfeited. However, it can be transferred only if you are able to book another appointment within the same week of your initial appointment and if we have an availability that same week that works for you. If I have to push you back 15 minutes, you have an additional 5 minutes to arrive to your appointment. At 21 minutes, your appointment is cancelled. Last minute cancellations will result in a 30% service charge (including the deposit that was paid.) For example, if your appointment is for a total of $110, a total of $33 will be charged to the card on file. No call no shows will not be able to book again, unless appointment is fully paid for and a new deposit is sent with new appointment. Please understand that these policies are in place to protect the technicians' and my clients' time. I thank you so much for your understanding and support!
